Richard Kroll Research
I’m all about creative solutions— finding inspiring footage, photos,
illustrations, archival images, and incisive intel from reliable sources
hidden beyond your Google radar screen.
I’ve done great research for over 60 film projects, with clients such
as Prologue, Universal, Disney, Paramount, Yu + Co, DreamWorks,
Imaginary Forces, Warner Bros, Brand New School, Digital Kitchen,
and The Mill, among others. And my film work most often includes
negotiating usage rights, licenses, permissions and clearances.
I also have extensive experience in dealing with fair use, public
domain and trademark issues. I recently finished working on a documentary
feature film: http://www.thebrainwashingofmydad.com/vod-platforms
and this music video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nqFKjz4l9u0
and I helped Kyle Cooper find footage that was used in his opening
title for Kong: Skull Island. I just finished working on this project with
Sibling Rivalry: https://www.facebook.com/megwhitman/videos/10155292847365477
